SHIPMENT PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours. However, shipping may take up to 7 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery.

If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times may vary depending on the period and location. Generally, delivery takes 3 to 4 business days within mainland France, 14 business days within the European Union, and up to 30 business days for international shipments.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur.


SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

We are not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (customs duties, taxes, etc.).


DAMAGES

We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
